You can register a report directly via a mobile phone, tablet or (laptop) computer, without logging in. Only the most essential fields are required. In the event of a safety report, the responsible team leader and HR/Safety officer automatically receive a notification for follow-up.

To view reports, you must log in to the Safety App. Once logged in, an overview of the safety messages is displayed including bright colour coding. An interactive dashboard is available with all notifications in progress including status and timeliness to support operational control.

Graphs with standard safety ratios are available in the safety app for monthly reports to senior management. The dynamic graphs can be viewed per organisational level, so that it is easy to zoom in and out. Standard ratios:

The visitor registration App allows the visitor on a tablet to register digitally quickly and easily. The department to be visited is also registered. The safety instruction (video) is directly visible on the tablet and must be initialled by the visitor. 


Visitors cannot view each other's data, so you comply with the new privacy legislation (GDPR). At the back of the App, visitors can be managed, and the receptionist can also unsubscribe visitors. 

This is not only a professional reception, the App also facilitates better information sharing in the event of a calamity.
